I'll Be Back. No, really, I'll be back. On tv. Soon.

Well well well... it was only a matter of time before this happened, but the only question is, will it last??

Today it was announced that, starting on January 14, 2008, FOX will begin airing an Arnold-free series entitled Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. In case you live under a rock, at the bottom of the sea, under the ass of a rhino, then you know that Sarah Connor is the main "hero" of the Terminator movies. She, along with her son John Connor, must save the world from Skynet and the Terminators. Oh yea, and I think the Governor of California made a small cameo in there, but i could be wrong.

Anyways, the series is supposed to take place in the time period between the first and second films, as told to us by TV.com. But wait! The wikipedia article(s) pertaining to the film say that it will take place between the second and (CRAPPY CRAPPY CRAPPY) third film, AND will also have a "link" to the FOURTH, yes FOURTH Terminator Film, which will be entitled Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, which is due out around 2009 or 2010.

To get back on track, the series will be about Sarah Connor and her son John, who try to survive in the world while being hunted by Cyberdyne. It is confirmed that there will be a young female Terminator that will protect the Connors. Summer Glau, who has previously starred in Firefly, will play this role. I hope that the Firefly curse isn't contagious.

Lastly, the casting for the show is, well i really don't know what to say. There's really no one that famous, in fact i don't know anyone who's going to be in this show... Time travel will play a role in the show, including a trip from 1998 to present day, and of course, everyone still thinks that Sarah Connor is a nut job. Oh and the show will air on Mondays at 8. On FOX. Yay.

Personally, I welcome the series with open arms, and hope it gets good ratings. I've always wanted the Terminator to come to TV. That's all. Hasta la Vista, cub scouts.
